Advised OCBC Bank (乐鱼体育官网) Berhad as the principal adviser, lead arranger and lead manager in relation to the establishment of an unrated medium term notes programme for the issuance of medium term notes of up to RM2 billion in nominal value by Great Eastern Capital (乐鱼体育官网) Sdn. Bhd. (“GECM”) to, inter alia, finance the general corporate purposes of the GECM group and refinance the existing and future financings or corporate bond issuances of the GECM group.
