Advised edotco 乐鱼体育官网 Sdn. Bhd. (“edotco 乐鱼体育官网”) as the issuer in relation to an Islamic medium term notes programme (“Programme”) for the issuance of Islamic medium term notes of up to RM3 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar to fund edotco 乐鱼体育官网’s group of companies’ Shariah compliant general corporate purposes and to refinance the company’s existing borrowings / financings.
?Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) and OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad (“OCBC Al-Amin”) acted as joint principal advisers, joint lead arrangers and joint sustainability structuring advisers for the Programme. Maybank IB and OCBC Al-Amin, together with RHB Investment Bank Berhad, also acted as joint lead managers for the first issuance under the Programme.
