On 27 December 2019, the 乐鱼体育官网n Trademarks Act 2019 (“New Act”) came into force, repealing the previous Trade Marks Act 1976. The New Act brings about revolutionary changes to trademark laws and practice in 乐鱼体育官网.
The New Act introduces many major changes that bring 乐鱼体育官网’s trademark regime more into line with international trademark standards and practice, and align 乐鱼体育官网’s trademark laws with those of other developed Commonwealth nations.
