Advised FWD Group on the acquisition of a further 21% stake in FWD Takaful from Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and JAB Capital Berhad. Upon completion of the acquisition, FWD became the majority shareholder of FWD Takaful. ?
FWD Group first entered the 乐鱼体育官网n market in 2019 as a provider of family takaful products with its acquisition of a 49% interest in FWD Takaful. This transaction is a step-up of FWD Group’s stake in FWD Takaful, further strengthening its footprint in the Southeast Asia markets.
