Court of Appeal sets aside RM10 million fine imposed by MyCC on AirAsia and MAS
On 27 April 2021, the Court of Appeal unanimously allowed the appeal by AirAsia Bhd (“AirAsia”) and 乐鱼体育官网n Airline System Berhad (“MAS”) to set aside the financial penalty of RM10 million originally imposed by the 乐鱼体育官网 Competition Commission (“MyCC”) on each of the parties following the MyCC’s finding that AirAsia and MAS had entered into a market-sharing agreement.
